Tech. Mgr. - This
position is currently open. Applicants for this position should be knowledgeable
in the areas of computers and electronics equipment. Main duties and functions
are: maintain database of all organizational and member equipment, plan &
oversee investigation equipment setup and breakdown, assist members with setting
up their personal equipment for use on investigations, etc. This person should
be capable of working well on their own as well as with others. Good
communication, organizational and planning skills are needed. This person should
also have the available time as the Tech Mgr. is present at most if not all
investigations. Investigators - All investigators start out as "Investigator-in-Training until such titme
as the Board of Directors feel they have proven their skills and leadership
abilities well enough to be promoted to full "Investigator"
Web Designer - Assists with the development and
maintenance of the organizations web site. Must be proficient in web design,
web databases, etc.
Clergy - Members of the Clergy. Any religion or
denomination.
Researcher and Local Historians - Research
potential investigation sites, local folklore and legends.
Marketing / Fundraising Specialist - Coordinates
fundraising events and marketing campaigns for the oprganiation.
Evidence Analyst - Reviews the sometimes many
hours of video, audio or still pictures taken on investigations for anomalies.
Also assists in the analysis of such data. Must be proficient in any analytical
software used in such duties and familiar with applying simple logic to possible
cause and effect of anomalies to determine if it may be paranormal or not,
backed up with data.
All online applications submitted will be reviewed by our Board of Directors
who will determine if a face to face interview is wanted or needed. IF we decide
to interview you, we will take that opportunity to learn about you as well as
give you an opportunity to learn about us. If accepted, you will be accepted as
a "Probationary member". Our "Probationary member program" is task based,
meaning you must fulfill certain tasks in order to be accepted as a full member.
Once a probationary member completes the assigned tasks, the Board of Directors
will decide if the person is ready for full member status. If so, they are
places as a Full Member as an "Investigator-in-Training. After 6 months, they
can take an "Investigators exam" to earn the title "Investigator" if they pass
with an 80% or better on the exam.
